POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are a pharmaceutical & medical supplies distributor looking to add a member to our operations team in Ohio.
We are looking for individuals that are highly motivated self-starters, are efficient and very detail oriented.
Main responsibilities will include shipping, receiving, stocking, order picking, repacking and performing inventory controls and audits.
Additional duties include providing support and assistance to the operations management team with a variety of tasks and projects.
As our company grows, we are looking for individuals that can grow into other roles within the company, taking on new tasks over time.
- Location: Columbus, OH (Hilliard, OH 43026)
- Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift, No Weekends
- Compensation: Salary $14.00 to $16.00 Hour (based on experience), Performance Bonuses

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, inspect, log and shelve daily inbound shipments (time sensitive)
- Pick, Pack and Ship orders to our physician-based clients
- Perform daily, weekly and quarterly inventory counts
- Review, update and check all invoices Comply with all Federal, State or Local regulatorybodies
- Oversee all Customer issues and returns
- Communicate daily with Management and direct reports regarding successes and issues appropriately
- Comply with all company policies, processes and procedures
- Repackage manufacture cartons into smaller sale units
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Oral and written communication skills, computer literacy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision
- Strong oral & written communications
- Typing proficiency, Proof reading
- Computer literacy including data base & MS Office and other similar type applications
- Successful multi-tasking, Time management, Problem Solving, Issue resolution, Troubleshooting
- Solitary and team working environments depending on projects
- Lift approximately 50 pounds
- Employee will be standing, walking bending, handling product and reading labels between 6 to 8 hours each workday.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED; Experience preferred such as pharmacy or dental tech but not necessary
- Clean Background Check
