I was hired on at Medical Purchasing Solutions as one of the youngest sales reps at the time in 2015. Fast forward to present 2022 and I am part of their team of senior Account Managers.  I havereally enjoy being a part of the MPS Team over the years. I love helping our clients get the best savings and providing the best customer service I can offer. I also love learning more everyday about the drug and supply industry to better assist our clients.

Brad Miller

Where do we start our adventure? 
 
Word on the street is he challenged the great Ron Burgundy to an Indian leg wrestling contest and lived to tell about it.  Played in the poker game of the century with his opponents Big Foot, Loch Ness Monster, and the Abominable Snowman.  The stakes were high and costly, with the losers going into exile.  To test his fortitude, he has walked on hot coals without burning his bare feet.  Those closest to him, claimed he could hit a penny at 200 yards with an AR10.  Known for being an avid Bears fan, but that’s an extremely dark, depressive, and twisted story these days.
 
As for myself, I lived in Southern California until 2006.  I felt it was time for a change and decided to move to AZ without ever visiting the state.  I have been with MPS for a little over a year now.  I bring 12 years of experience in logistics, operations and management.  In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, playing poker, reading, shooting firearms, and hanging out with my dog.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.

Chris Valenti

I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. I graduated from Seattle Universtity.  I moved to Phoenix Arizona in June of 2015 and I love my job here at Medical Purchasing Solutions. I have been doing customer service and sales since I was 17 and I enjoy taking care of my clients and building business relationships.

My hobbies include Computers, Gaming, Hiking, Sports, and I am really into cars, especially Subaru's! I am also a huge movie buff and Seahawks Fan but don't hold it against me!

Conner Bonebrake

I am originally from Pinetop, Arizona and have lived in the state for most of my life. I have an extensive history in customer service and sales. 

I lived in Germany for a year as a Rotary Youth Exchange Student and have a true passion for travel. I have been to seventeen different countries and am hoping to get to many more.

I love to play guitar, ski, golf, soccer, perform slight of hand magic, and learn languages!

I serve as one of the newest and youngest additions to the team as an account manager and I am always happy to help with any questions or concerns!

Hey there! My name is Jeffrey, and I am one of the Account Managers here at MPS. My goal is to make exceptional experiences an everyday occurence for all of my clients. When I am not at work, you will usually find me at home with my wife of 14 years and our 3 darling children. I am also an avid musician, so you may run into me playing guitar, bass or mandolin at a gig or playing on a Sunday morning at my home church. I also build guitars in my spare time, so I am no stranger to sawdust or elbow grease. I'm a long time, die hard Seahawks fan, so Sundays often consist of all 5 of us screaming at the TV, either in the elation of victory or the frsutration of defeat. Win or lose, GO HAWKS!

Jim Karlsberger

I have deep roots in both Ohio and Arizona, having lived half of my life in each state.  

My passions include my family and the performing arts, particularly live music.  My hobbies include cycling, hiking, reading, aviation, and horology.  I am a lifelong musician, but the need to make a living required that I hone some diverse skills in customer service and business management.

I am proud to be part of this awesome MPS team, and I am dedicated to the successful relationships we have worked so hard to build and maintain!  As with everyone here, please do not hesitate to contact me if I can help in any way! 

Joseph Stephany

Senior Software Engineer skilled in server and network protocol development with focus in designing and developing scalable and maintainable server applications utilizing Object Oriented languages. I am passionate about developing quality software while identifying simple yet elegant solutions for complex problems. Love outdoor adventures on the ATV, hiking or playing basketball in the night!

Justin Spiegel

I am one of the newest additions to the MPS team. Originally from Idaho, I’ve spent most of my life in Tucson, AZ. I moved to Scottsdale, AZ in 2013. Which was the best decision ever, anyone that has lived in Tucson knows what I’m talking about.

In my spare time I enjoy traveling as much as possible, continuing with my flight training and of course spending time at the lake. There isn’t much else to do when it is 120 degrees during the summer.

I also enjoy learning everything I can about the drug industry. Please feel free to contact me with any of your questions or concerns. And I will contact someone that knows the answer. 

Kirya Costephens

Hi, my name is Kirya! I moved to Arizona a few years ago to watch my nieces growing up and to stay near family. Before I was a Navy brat, moving from Hawaii, California, and Illinois but settling mostly in Michigan. This move was the hardest for me to make and the heat kills me every summer!

During work hours you can find me in the warehouse running to fill orders or deal with inventory. In my spare time I’m curled up in the AC enjoying a book or a video game, normally with a cat or two curled up with me.

Born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas, I am a true Razorback fan!  

My husband and I love Scottsdale, AZ and have four children. Two Sun Devil grads, one attending in Santa Barbara, CA and the "baby" at Chaparral High.

I love jogging, hiking, biking....just about anything outdoors! And I love sporting events! Go Diamondbacks, Cardinals and Suns!

Ryane McKinney

Hi everyone, I am Ryane, and I am one of the newer members of the team here at MPS. I am originally from Colorado, but I moved to Arizona 5 years ago to attend Grand Canyon University. In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, reading, going to music festivals, and playing with my dog. I am excited to be working with you all. Please let me know any ways in which I can help you!

Sam Hindman

I'm a recent arrival here in the Phoenix area, moving across the country just under a year ago from Massachusetts. Living on the East Coast for my entire life, Arizona has been quite a change in scenery, but an exciting one as I am discovering new places and things to do all the time! 

In my spare time I enjoy hiking, reading, playing with my 2 awesome dogs and exploring the beautiful Arizona desert. 

Here at MPS you will find me in the warehouse (armed with my trusty can of Monster Energy Zero Ultra) packing up orders and shipping them out, counting inventory, or organizing stock.
