Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. It’s free to open an account and takes less than five minutes. Click here to Create an Account.
Can anyone order drugs and supplies from you?
No. To purchase products from Medical Purchasing Solutions, you must submit a valid State license and DEA certificate. We will validate your information and contact you once your account is activated.
How do I place an order?
After being approved for a free account you will be able to call your Account Manager during business hours to place an order or order online 24/7. We’ll follow up with a phone call if we need any additional information.
What is the Formulary?
Your Formulary is a list of all the meds and supplies you’ve ordered in the past or have added manually. Ordering is as simple as entering the quantity you need for each item and clicking Place Order. If your account is in good standing your order will be processed and shipped right away.
What is CodeBlue?
CodeBlue is our Premium Monitoring Service to help manage your expiring emergency meds. Learn more at
Can you help me fill in my DEA Form-222?
Yes. Before submitting an order containing C2 meds, use our handy Example DEA Form-222 as a guide for filling in the actual paper form.
Do you offer a DEA Form-222 review service?
Yes. Simply text an image of your completed DEA Form-222 to your Account Manager or fax a copy to (800) 351-0834 and we’ll review it for accuracy. Once confirmed, just drop it in the mail and we’ll process your order as soon as the form arrives.
Our office is in Ohio. Do we need a TDDD License?
